ok I don't get the first problem what is the hieght1? The hieght that you use to figure out the area. Does anyone know?

I think mr bertrand intended for us to use a different method for that one
try using the method on the slide just above the homework slide
look in your notebook for the examples we did in class if you cannot remember how to do them.
