While reading other blogs today, I was delighted to discover some challenging online math games. The best part of all is that the games were designed by students. What a great way for students to utilize their skills in both math and computers!
When I taught sixth grade math, my students created and constructed board games as an end of the year project. It was incredible to see how creative they could be, and I was proud of those who demonstrated that they truly understood some of the concepts.
The energy and creativity of math games designed by students continues to impress me. I'm going to try out the games to make sure my math skills aren't getting rusty! Thanks to the CEA blog for introducing me to Let's Play Math!
