Insights behind the perils of being a teacher

Did I miss something?

I take a short break and come back to my favorite teacher blog and I find many blogs about what is going on in someone's class?  Isn't there someplace else people can post assignments?  Someplace that isn't this public?  I would rather enjoy just reading blogs about other teachers and their views.

I think what is happening shows that teacherlingo is as close to community as an online community gets.  It seems that, in any community, when it gets bigger or when a different type of person "attends" it makes it hard for the others.

I was a little surprised, too.  I posted comments on some of those, which might be a problem.  It probably weirded out people.
