Let me just say the getting up at 5:30 in the morining is rediculous.  God isn't even up yet and I know because I have talked to him about this.  I HAVE to get up at 5:30 because I have to be on the road by 6:00.  How do I relax?  Well, I'm glad I asked that question.  First, I iron my clothes the night before.  Then I shower the night before.  Then I go to bed after all my shows are over at 10:00.

In the morning, I have to take meds that make me wait an HOUR before eating.  So, I eat on the run at school.  Oh, yeah, relax,...I drink on weekends.

Great point.  I am enjoying your anti-stress blogs.  These are great reminders.  I get up at four, which allows me the chance to work on my masters, enjoy some coffee, write a blog or get some reading done.

I always have to allow extra time in the morning.  By the way, the rooster clock is great!
