    Classroom Management

Does anyone need help with classroom management?  I am a 20 year teacher and would love to help others with classroom management.  I think it is important to do while respecting them as a human.  I teach general music and choir.  With these classes, I have all the hard kids grouped together or I have large groups.  I have worked hard to be an expert in this area.  Let me know if you have a problem and I will help you solve it.

I would love to hear some of you ideas.
    There are "NO" bad kids.

If the student fails to learn, the teacher failed to teach.

Not sure what you want to know. I will start here.

I believe that kids who are engaged in learning to not need to be managed. Learning is the most exciting thing a human being can do. Look at the size of our brains. Learning is fun. Who acts up if they are having fun?

    Re: Classroom Management

I've always felt that kids who are busy and having fun seem to manage themselves.

Feel free to post your tips!

Here's the tip. Make this your rule: "If the kids are not having fun the way you planned the lesson. Stop and do something else until you can design a more interesting way to approach the subjest matter.
