Hello  -- I am applying for my first teaching job since 20 plus years ago.  I stayed at home to raise my children and now need to work to help pay for college.  I know education has changed over the years and I feel I can meet today's educational challenges.  I need assistance as to what and how a principal would like to have the following questions answered?

1.  What is your interpretation/philosophy to "all students can learn at high levels."

2.  How would you assure that you meet all students in your teaching assignment?

It has been 2 years since I passed the Kentucky Praxis and my interview is Monday!  I really need a job.
