    Educational Technology

I'm a college student and working on becoming a teacher. I would like to hear from some of the current teachers.
What are your opinions on integrading technology into classrooms? Which would be most effective? Have you found any particular method effective with your classes?

    Re: Educational Technology

Technology is not a crutch or anything that should be replacing good teaching. It does nothing.
It can make menial tasks easier, but we have dumbed down our students. We rank #1 in students
using technology, but are still down below other countries as far as math skills. Teachers need to
    realize this.

I think that e-learning is the best educational technology for students, and if the school is thinking of providing educational technology then there should be a ratio of 1:1 between the technology and student. Then only, the student will be able to improve his/her performance by creating and using, managing technological resources.
