Product Description

My students always want to know WHY certain things happened. I created this packet to help them to easily understand why the US Civil War happened. Using the graphic organizer to understand the economy and differences between the two regions is a great opportunity for them to see the advantages/disadvantages.

This packet includes:

-Description of 15 Key Events

-Worksheet to summarize each of the 15 Events

-Graphic Organizer for comparing economies of the North and South

-4 Illustrations of Key People

-Causes of the War Assessment

-Economy Assessment

-Answer Keys

Customer Reviews

for Causes of the Civil War Packet w/Assessments by Kim Crane Godwin
Great information but unhappy with assessment pages
The information provided was excellent but the last three pages, which are the assessment pages, are not legible. I'm going to have to try to retype them in order to use with my students. I purchased to ease my load not add to.
