&lt;p&gt;PIXLR is a very capable free, web based paint/draw program.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If Abode were to put a version of the draw program, “Illustrator” on the web, the way it did with Photoshop, I suspect it would look very much like PIXLR.&lt;/p&gt;
