Students select words from a word bank. Each word has a number on it to represent the number of syllables of that word. Students arrange their poem on 3 lines provided. Neat way to practice Haiku writing and creating.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Offline Classroom Application: This could also be done using word cards that students create and have added the number of syllables to. Then students could mix them up and create different Haikus using their own words. &lt;/p&gt;
