Knowmia is a great site for HS to find and share video lessons on a wide variety of subjects. There are over 7000 videos for teachers to search through and can browse by subject. All these videos are short and easy to understand should be easy to integrate into their teachings.

Learn Zillion is an excellent site for getting free video lessons set to state standards. This site is ideal for educators, parents, and students for grades 9 and up. Right now the only video lessons I can find are on all aspects of math/algebra/geometry etc. but I'm assuming other subjects are soon to come.

Khan Academy is wonderful site that has gotten quite a bit of press as of late. This site is designed to teach lessons in a number of different subject areas. It is done at a user's pace and has over 2100 educational videos.

Faceflow is a great site for creating a live video chat w/ up to 4 people. To start a chat just register and share the unique URL that is generated. As well as chatting a person has a screen for texting as well.
